Admission Process (For Old Student)

• Normal Admission will be started within 10 days of declaration of University results.
• Purchase Prospectus.
• Fill application form and attch attested copy of the result of previous class.
• Interact and show original certificate to admission committee.
• Deposit the fee on college fee counter and get fee receipt.
• Congrats! Welcome to G.N.K.G.C. Family.

Admission Process (For New Student)

• Purchase Prospectus
• Seek expert advice through interaction with personal Guidance and Career Counselling Cell.
• Fill Application Form and attachment attested copy of DMC of last Class attended, Character Certificate, Date to birth certificate and Certificate to claim reservation(If any).
• Deposit form at administrative office.
• Interact and show original certificate to admission committee.

Documents required at the time of Admission

• Original Certificates and Marksheets.
• Copy of Aadhaar Card.
• Original Date of Birth Certificate.
• Character Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended. (For new Students)
• Registration Card.
• Official certificate of category like SC/BC and Punjab Domicile.
• All the supporting certificates from competent authorities in case of SC/BC/ST and low income groups.
• Original Migration and eligibility certificates.
• Passport Size Photographs.
